Properties Must Be Viewed by Applicant in Person with a Leasing Agent Prior to Submitting an Application. We will not accept applications from anyone that has not visited the property in person with an agent from Rawlings Real Estate Management.

All adults over the age of 18 must submit a separate application and pay the $40 application fee. Additionally, a separate check for the Application Deposit (typically equal to one month’s rent) will be submitted with the application. This payment will be credited toward the Security Deposit if the application is accepted and the lease is signed.

To complete a rental application, you must be prepared to provide three (3) years of residential history as well as contact information for rental references. You will also be asked to provide information on current and past employers as well as monthly income. Please note that most properties require that applicants’ combined gross income is at least three (3) times the monthly rent amount. In addition to filling out the rental application completely, you will also be required to provide a copy of a valid form of identification and proof of income.

By submitting an application, applicants authorize verification of all information provided and authorize credit checks, criminal background checks, and rental/eviction history checks.
